Ian Tebrugge – Founder and CEO

Founder and CEO of ITW Media, Ian Terbrugge has extensive management experience within the Broadcast and Production industry, which dates back to 2002. He diligently worked his way up the ranks for a well-known TV Broadcaster, where he started out as a runner and subsequently upskilled and worked his way up the ranks into a highly respected Executive Producer position.

Entrepreneurial in spirit and highly passionate in all aspects of TV production, Ian has worked and managed some of the biggest and most recognisable events within the international sporting arena; from Rugby and Cricket World Cups to the Olympics Games, FIFA World cups and recently on the 5th edition of the Pakistan Super League.

Ian’s knowledge of production and content is an incremental value-add for anyone looking at expanding media reach for their product and will provide sound guidance and expertise from all angles of creation, production and delivery.

Hugo Ribatika – Director

Director and long-standing colleague, Hugo Ribatika, is a marketing and sports management graduate who cut his teeth in broadcasting as a radio presenter. Through his years of hosting radio and television shows, Hugo has had the pleasure of interviewing some of Africa’s finest athletes, celebrities and political figureheads. Hugo gained much experience through his extensive travels across the African continent where he has covered not only sporting events but also current affairs which impact all of Africa.
